Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 26, 2026

This policy describes the actual data practices of this website. It is not legal advice, and it is pending review by qualified U.S. counsel (including for CCPA/CPRA and other applicable state privacy laws). It covers this website only — see section 9 for the Quathos platform.

1. Who we are

This Site is operated by Quathos LLC, a company organized in the State of Texas, United States ("Quathos," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with this informational website.

2. Information we collect

This Site is an informational website with a single form. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. We collect the following:

The Site does not use cookies. It stores two preferences in your browser's local storage (quathos.lang and quathos.theme) so your language and light/dark choice survive a reload. Those values stay on your device and are never transmitted to us. See our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use information

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry and to evaluate a potential pilot or partnership. That reply may come by email, by phone or by WhatsApp, using the contact details you provided. We do not add you to a marketing list and we do not send you newsletters. When you submit the form, an automatic confirmation email is sent to the address you entered.

Campaign and referral parameters are used only in aggregate, to understand which channels produce enquiries. Technical and log data is used only to operate, maintain and secure the Site.

4. How we share information

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information to service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and only for the purposes above:

We may also disclose information where required by law. Technology on the platform is provided under an exclusive U.S. license from its author, Jhonathan Pereira dos Santos.

5. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

6. Data retention

Enquiries sent through the form arrive as email and are kept in our mailbox and CRM records for as long as needed to respond to and manage the enquiry and any resulting relationship, or as required by law. The abuse-control record of your IP address expires automatically after ten minutes. Hosting logs are retained for the period set by our hosting provider. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time using the contact below.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age.

9. The Quathos platform is not covered by this policy

This policy governs the website only. The Quathos Field and Quathos Vision platforms process worker data — including imagery that we treat as biometric data — exclusively under a written agreement with the employer that deploys them, with its own notices, consent requirements and retention terms. Nothing on this website collects worker data, and submitting the form does not enrol anyone in the platform.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, with an updated effective date.
