Computer-vision models read what's actually happening on site from video, detecting personal-protective-equipment use and analyzing driving behavior, so risk is caught while it can still be corrected. The model has been refined over three years of live operation, on more than 1,000 terabytes of field video and imagery.

Decades of safety research keep finding the same shape. Quathos reads the base of that pyramid continuously, so a rising pattern is caught while it is still a near-miss.

The checklists, photos, and voice notes a crew already captures fill the base of the pyramid: the small non-conformities that rarely reach a report. Every one of them removed is a domino that never falls.

When the same task starts logging repeat non-conformities, like work-at-height across one week, Quathos flags the rising exposure and recommends targeted training. It measures the operation, not the person, and the decision to act stays with the supervisor.

The loop closes

Detection is the first of five steps, and the cheapest one.

Every vendor can flag a hazard. In Quathos the treatment runs inside the platform, traceable from the first flag to a closure that is signed and sealed.

Every non-conformity gets an owner, notified with the record attached. Analysis, corrective action and sign-off happen in the platform, not across spreadsheets, each step stored as it happens.

A closed non-conformity says something about the process that produced it. Closures feed back into how Quathos reads the operation, so a recurring cause surfaces as a process improvement, not a repeat finding. The signature closes the action; it doesn't score the person.

The fifth step

A detection nobody closes is not safety. It is documentation of a hazard you knew about.

So the loop does not end when the hazard is fixed. It ends at a closure someone signed, timestamped and bound to the record it closes, verifiable months later by a person who was never on site.

Closures are electronically signed through Quathos Sign, kept under a hash chained audit trail, and exported as PAdES.

The crew arrives, checks the vehicle, and heads out with the route on camera, live when the central needs eyes. At the service point, PPE and collective protection are verified, images stream to the cloud, and services are logged where they happen. When the truck returns, the day's video lands on the server.
