2. The Quathos platform
Applies to Quathos Field and Quathos Vision as deployed in a customer's operation, and to worker data including imagery treated as biometric data. Retention and destruction are governed by our Biometric Data Retention & Destruction Policy.

3. How we hold them to it
- Every subprocessor is bound by a written agreement to process data only on our documented instructions, for the purposes above and nothing else.
- Each is held to confidentiality and to security obligations no weaker than our own, and to the deletion terms of our biometric policy where applicable.
- No subprocessor is permitted to sell, lease, trade or otherwise profit from the data, or to use it to train its own models.
- A subprocessor that suffers a security incident affecting our data must notify us without undue delay, so we can meet our own notification duties.
4. Changes
We update this page when a subprocessor is added, removed or changes role. Customers under agreement are notified in advance of a new subprocessor with access to worker data, and may object on reasonable data-protection grounds under the terms of their agreement.
